Dr Zara Celik has completed studies in Integrative Nutrition Health Wellness coaching at the Institute for Integrated Nutrition in New York one of the world’s biggest institutions of its kind. This makes Dr Celik an expert in health and wellness matters apart from her other outstanding achievements. Dr Celik’s heart- centred approach caters for a wide range of health issues. She offers a holistic method to all her treatments and digs deep down to find the root cause of the problem as opposed to finding a solution on an outer level.

As an Integrative functional nutrition health coach Dr Celik follows the concept of Bio-individually and primary foods which come off the plate and feed your soul. “If our primary foods are missing or out of balance, it doesn’t matter how well we eat, we are not thriving”.

As an experienced health coach, Dr Celik will address all the core facets of health apart from eating. These include; career, spirituality, exercise and relationships. She will coach you and provide valuable tips and advice on how to achieve your individual wellness goals. As an integrated functional nutrition health coach, she specialises in, gut health, hormonal heath, skin conditions , stress management and fatigue.

Primary Food: In order to live a balanced life, we must all have a sense of nourishment. This is not just the food we consume, but all the other facets of our life which include our relationships, spirituality, a thriving career and regular physical activity. Once all these “primary foods” are balanced, you are bound to live a more complete life and thrive.

Bio-individuality: This concept revolves around the idea that each and every person is unique. What may work for one person does not necessarily serve and work for another person exactly the same. What nourishes one person may poison another. We eat different season to season, country to country, what works for one person today , may not work in the future. Therefore it is imperative that the people understand their body, be intuitive and listening to its needs. By working around this principle, Dr Celik will support and guide you to make positive changes that are based on your individual needs, preferences and lifestyle. Her holistic approach will ensure you get lasting results.
